• What are your shipping rates?

• Do you combine shipping on multiple items?

  Yes! All domestic (within the US) shipping fees are combined. On orders with multiple items, the largest item sets the price for the whole order.

  Since international postage rates went up, bulky things that require padding, like jewelry, will cost a little more per item for shipping. I'm sorry, international friends. :(

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, I'll ship anywhere on Earth! I'm sorry, intergalactic friends. :(

• Will you ever have prints of [that picture I wanted]?

  I no longer print in house, but if there's something you'd like to have, please ask! It may be only temporarily sold out, or I may be able to add it to my print-on-demand shop at INPRNT.

  Note that some older work has been retired and will never be reprinted.

• Will you hold an item for me till pay day?

  I'm more than happy to hold any item for up to a week. Just let me know when you're ready for me to take it off hold, even if you decide you don't want it. Someone else might.

  Please be absolutely sure you want an item before you request that it's held.

• How long will it take to ship my order?

  Orders go out once a week.

  Unless the listing itself states otherwise, my items are pre-made and will ship Fridays.

  Be sure to read listings carefully. Items that require me to make or customize something after an order is placed may take longer to process. If you'd like a time estimate before you order, please feel free to e-mail me.

  Pre-orders will be shipped on the following Monday or Friday after stock is received to allow time for packing orders. Shipping notices will be sent to your e-mail.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
